Bahria Town Lahore – Still not a choice !!
Dear CMY / H.Kaisrani, Whenever visiting Bahria Town lahore,one can see a lot of houses with a “For Sale” banner hanging on the front.It certainly means that houses are being constructed with an intent to earn few lacs over it either by selling it out or to rent it out at the least.Does it mean that the area has not been accepted as a permanent and safe living place and people are reluctant at large in moving to that area. Even in the Safari villas, a lot of houses are purchased with a purpose to put them on rent. One can also find a lot of villas which have been bought by the overseas tenants and are simply kept locked for longer intervals.Can someone share its just a feeling or reality that people are still reluctant to move to that place, probably for being far away from the city or waiting untill its gets more populated. |
