Dear Brothers 
Friends those are criticizing the buying of DHA-9 file remind me an uncle who believe to be smart and good negotiator.
He went to buy a sheep / lamb for Qurbani. He visited almost whole mandi but was not satisfied and returned home saying that prices are high and surly will drop close to Eid. By the time the Eid day came, he went on Eid day early morning and found prices are even higher, he returned back home and again went after Eid prayer and finally return with a left over poor looking over grown hairs sheep on very high price.
Now when the qurbai was done and butcher was removing the skin, he found the sheep is a female. Uncle was left with no option but to hide face and not to disclose but butcher was loud enough to tell.
Uncle wasted time, spent more money, lost peace of mind, got ill filling and also lost joy of Eid day. Just for not making decision on right time.
The idea to place this story is to make you understand and to tell you do not to pay attention to these over smart uncles / friends. I am not an agent neither own DHA-9 I am among you, who was having hardly enough to buy DHA-9 file and ever since I have purchased it is bringing me happiness. I wanted friend of my class can have the same ride. I have never imagined a plot on rent but my DHA-9 file is. No fuss of tenant and no wear and tear but bringing me the money every day. If I have to buy a DHA-9 file today I have no capacity, I feel sorry for those who have missed out the opportunity @15lac but those who have capacity to buy at today’s rate should not miss this great deal of DHA-9.
Let me tell you I have purchased DHA-9 file to construct my Sweet Home and don’t mind if it return to 15 lac and even less. I am not going to sale it either if it gets higher. I am proud that I am having IK plot in DHA and if its price gets high it will give me more satisfaction and this satisfaction is blessing.
My advice is for those who have limited budget and high aims and not for those who can buy when ever they like. Try your luck with satisfaction and peace of mind, it works if you have faith and DHA-9 is an ideal place to try !
